Frequently Asked Questions

Subscribing to CHAT WITH SANTA
I used to be able to Chat with Santa for free - what happened? A few things have changed, click here for a detailed explanation.

Calling in to CHAT WITH SANTA
Once you have subscribed to Chat with Santa, the telephone call to Santa at the North Pole is a toll-FREE call. Simply dial the number when you see it on the screen and Santa will do his best to answer your call. Please bear in mind that thousands of children are sending chat messages and calling Santa so he may not be able to get to your call right away ...but he'll do his best!

NOTE: Please have Mom or Dad call and talk to Santa first - and be sure to turn down the speakers on your computer when you call. It takes about 30 seconds for the video signal to make its way down from the North Pole - so if the computer sound is on when you speak to Santa it will confuse you during the call!

CHATTING WITH SANTA
Chatting with Santa is simple. You simply type your Christmas request into the dialogue box and when you press Submit it is automatically routed to Santa's desk at the North Pole!

NOTE: Santa's chat interface is personal ... you will not be in a open chat room with others. The only person who will see your chatting is Santa himself!
